Woven Rhythms
Woven Rhythms focusses on fractal patterns that are embeded in the human heart rate. Fractal patterns define our state of being, reflecting our activity, emotions and feelings. Solo Meditation Experience
This experience let’s users define their own breathing exercise by tuning a guided light and sound to a comfortable pace to breathe in. In combination with our custom made sensor technology, we measure synchronicity between the user and the breathing exercises. The level of synchronicity in turn enhances the experience of light and sound during the session.

Cello Meditation Journey
In 2019 we collaborated with The Wong Janice and organised a performance meditation event. During this performance Janice synschronises her play with the rhytms of Ademruimte. A beautifull combination that can be experienced by a group.

AutoTelic
AutoTelic is a classical Biofeedback game, utilized in healthcare environments as biofeedback therapy for stress reduction and Heart Rate Variablity training. In this game heart rate data is being converted to a game avatar. With this avatar the user can travel trough different musical realms that help the user to train their focus and maintain a high heart rate coherence. A adapted version of AutoTelic will be availlible in Ademruimte in the spring of 2020.

Dual Meditation Experience
The Dual Meditation Experience will be a one on one breathing ritual. By exploring the dynamics of two person interaction, you will learn how to exchange breathing patterns as a way of non-verbal communication. Exchanging moods as words.
